Hand-carved from alabaster stone, this sculpture depicts a young Navajo and was created by Tim Washburn. Mr. Washburn (born in 1965) is a self-taught Navajo sculptor and exhibits his work extensively in galleries and museums. His work is known for expressing the dignity of traditional Navajo people.
